If you live in Toronto or visit during the summer months, you will know that there are certain events that everyone looks forward to every year. Pride Toronto, Summerlicious, and various neighbourhood festivals like Salsa on St. Clair always embody peak Toronto summer vibes. One of the best times of the year for me is of of course The Canadian National Exhibition, more commonly known as the CNE. Often times marking the second half of the summer and the upcoming return to school is around the corner, it embodies joy . I have had the pleasure of attending with friends and family over the years, but while living in Ottawa would often times miss out. That’s why now that I’m home I am so excited for all the memories I’m going to make, and why I wanted to share what I am most excited about!
I personally always look forward to the fabulous and out of the box food options which always push the boundaries, and I’ve loved trying them all over the years. Of course, there is so much more to the CNE than the food. From attractions, to the exhibits, the competitions, and the rides & games, there truly is something for everyone and all ages.
