I like to believe when I stop and take a look at my life that I have been resilient and strong. Like many of you, I have had my ups and downs and I truly believe that they have helped to create the person I am today. You could say in a way that my life has forged me into something stronger then I could have ever imagined. I know that might sound a little romantic for a lifestyle post, but I do truly love the life I live and the adventures I get to share with you all via DoTheDaniel.com. The forging image is one that really sticks with me when I was presented with the opportunity to write about the new Victorinox I.N.O.X. watch because of what the watch stands for: Forged to Resist. It reminded me a lot of myself and for that reason I am so excited to share with you all this beautiful watch and incredible company.
So let’s get into a little bit of history before I dive right into why this watch suits my life as well as yours. Victorinox, for those of you who are unaware of the brand, has been around for a very long time and has quite literally institutionalized itself into the lives of men and women around the world. After 130 years this iconic brand is and will always be a symbol of strength and ingenuity in perfect harmony. I think almost every boy I knew growing up had a form of Swiss Army knife and now some of the best chefs I know own Victorinox knives in their kitchens. There is something to be said for tradition and Victorinox truly does offer that and so much more in their brand.

Don’t believe its resistance capabilities? I recently spent some time doing my research about the product for you and came across the following video. I had to watch it (pardon the pun!) a few times to believe it myself, but I think it really illustrates what I am trying to convey.
The fact remains that for a long time, Victorinox time pieces weren’t something I would equate to as a fashionable time piece. They were functional and they lasted a lifetime with you but you wouldn’t wear it to a nice dinner out or a special occasion. I would say that the I.N.O.X. shows you and I how incredibly durable, strong and beautiful Victorinox time pieces now are.
