When I think about the summer means to me, it usually involves laughing with friends over a delicious meal and a good cocktail (or three!). It’s why when I remembered that August 16th is #NationalRumDay, I knew that it was time to get ready by picking up some BACARDÍ for an evening with people we love and cocktails to leave them smiling. I think what I love most about Toronto is its passion for food and ultimately creative food experiences. You’ll remember that we recently showcased our love for Estrella Damm and spoke about exciting food pairings that might surprise you. Travel & Lifestyle | All the reasons why we can’t stop traveling with Catalonia Hotels

Surprise! We are headed back to Mexico and this trip couldn’t come at a better time. If you’re like me, you are probably feeling that travel itch. You’ll remember that last year Julio and I traveled to Mexico for an incredible experience of luxury in the Caribbean. We had such an incredible time that we even traveled to The Dominican Republic to elope and surprised our friends and family by sharing our wedding experience in paradise.
