For those of you who don’t know, Julio Reyes of FASHIONIGHTS.com and I are not only business partners, but also a couple. With a wedding in the works, we’ve already sat down to talk about a family in the coming years and what that might mean for us. Having children is something that is very important to us both, but comes with a lot of responsibility. Recently, I was introduced to 23andme and fell in love with the concept. “23andMe is a personalized DNA service providing information and tools for individuals to learn about and explore their DNA.” So, as we explore the opportunities of same sex surrogacy in the coming years, we chose to get to know ourselves a little better. Events | Follow the flavours of the #YouAreWelcome Food Truck during the the Pan Am Games!

It’s official and the 2015 Pan Am Games have begun in the city of Toronto. Julio & I actually had the chance to attend the opening ceremonies and watched it all begin. Such an incredible experience and one I will always remember! Alongside the festivities and athletic achievements that will be taking place over the next few weeks, we recently told you about The Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation and their official role as the host First Nations of the games.
