Not a day goes by that I don’t think about green juice. Okay, so I know that may not be a normal thing to say, and that a part of the reason is because I’m a nutritionist – but I mean, come on… green juice is pretty awesome, right? There are so many different recipes out there for everyone, from green juice for runners to green juice for people trying to lose weight! I can’t be the only person who actively searches out great ways to help support their health on a daily basis, while on the go. And no, it doesn’t have to be only done by drinking all of the green juice. There are fantastic options out there to help you along the way!

If there’s one thing Lyric can do completely independently, it’s make a mess. With being a 4 year old boy, it’s not only expected but at times I revel in it. I feel like nowadays everyone is doing yoga. The internet is littered with photos of people in exotic places posing in seemingly flawless positions posted alongside inspirational quotes or hashtags about how balanced and zen they currently feel. Well, you know what, that’s just not real life. I’m not trashing yoga, it’s incredible, but for once I want to see what someone like me looks like after a 75 minute hot yoga session. (Let me give you a hint, it’s not something I would post alongside an inspirational quote).
