And All of a Sudden, Ottawa Was Trendy

Okay okay, I have to admit the title is a bit click bait-y, even for me. But after recently hitting the one year mark living in Ottawa again after ten amazing years in Toronto, I have to admit it’s not the city I once knew. Over the last few years Ottawa seems to have propelled itself forward in exciting ways, has developed distinct and incredible neighborhoods, and has me a bit flabbergasted at how cool its become. Let me tell you why!

Events | We are welcoming Nordstrom to Toronto in style!

For those of you who follow along in our social media adventures, you’ll have seen that we have partnered with Nordstrom to bring you some exciting events and BTS moments leading up to not one, but TWO galas taking place in Toronto. By now you’ll know that Nordstrom CF Toronto Eaton Centre & Nordstrom Yorkdale Shopping Centre are opening their doors in the coming weeks. The arrival of Nordstrom to Canada has been an exciting time for one of our favourite brands (you’ll remember we were one of the first to bring you Nordstrom Rideau Centre details here). Events | Nordstrom Rideau Centre Opening Gala

I have a confession to make. My name is Catherine and I love department stores. I really do. They hold a sense of adventure for me, full of amazement and mystery all wrapped up into one building. I once lived in the magical land of department stores I like to call London, England. But that’s not where my love affair began. Oh no, my friends.
