While the summer and September are always the busiest times of year for me in Toronto, I have to be honest, that it is the month of October that always makes me the happiest. Of course I have to admit that my birthday plays a large part in that, but there’s just something quite magical about the month where leaves change colours, the sweaters come out, and I find myself smiling at the beauty all around me. That’s why I simply had to tell you about Toronto Cocktail Festival Presented By The Alchemist and all the happenings taking place so that you too can enjoy it like I will be.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting some of the best restaurants in the city since moving home earlier this year, and Toronto Cocktail Festival in its first year is planning to celebrate some of them and many more that I have yet to have the pleasure of experiencing.

Don your most stylish cocktail fashion and step into the Waterworks Event Hall where top bartenders and brand ambassadors from near and far craft unique cocktails just for you. The night begins with a VIP hour where guests enjoy exclusive early access to the Gala of Cocktails, including passed canapés and cocktails. Then the doors open onto the party of the year—with bar bites, a DJ to dance to, and cocktail stations with more than two dozen premium national and international spirit brands to savour.
