Food & Wine | Ready. Set. Caesar.

Today marks #NationalCaesarDay and it’s time to start sipping an iconic Canadian beverage. It’s happy hour somewhere, right? As one of my favourite drinks (usually enjoyed over brunch with friends) I can’t wait to meet up with Julio after a long day to head out to paint the town caesar red together. We’ve got some of our favourite Caesar recipes for you using a mix of choice, Walter All-Natural Craft Caesar Mix. Come and see what we will be sipping around the city tonight as we cheers with Canadians from coast to coast!

“Falling each year on the Thursday before the May 2-4 long weekend, this year more than 200 bars and restaurants across the country will celebrate with special Caesar menus, discounts and more.  And for the first time ever, at 8pm ET, Canadians in all 10 provinces will simultaneously toast Canada’s Cocktail and make history during the country’s largest Coast-to-Coast Toast!”

Here are a few recipes that you can make at home or sip on today and all year round. After all, is there anything more Canadian than a delicious Caesar? No. The answer is no.
