Food & Wine | Neal Brothers Foods bold new snacks

If there is one thing I am a sucker for, it’s salty snacks. I enjoy sweet and I crave spicy, but only something salty can scratch that snack itch when I get a craving. There is something so satisfying about a potato chip in my mind. I wish I could say that I can have just one (avoiding THAT slogan because I don’t want to get sued)… but when Julio & I find a flavour and brand we love, that’s usually never the case. It’s why when we had the opportunity to try out the new Srirachup and Delhi-licious Kettle Chips flavours by Neal Brothers Foods, I quite literally jumped at the chance. Let me tell you all about these new flavours and their celebrity stories! Continue reading “Food & Wine | Neal Brothers Foods bold new snacks”

Vancouver | Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar opening soon!

Alright Vancouver, I know you must be getting sick of my Toronto-centric posts all the time. I love how much buzz you have helped us create on the other side of the country considering I’ve never even been to visit. I think it’s about time I come experience all the beauty, food & wine I keep reading and writing about.

I’m SO excited to tell you all about Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar opening this summer in the iconic Sutton Place Hotel (845 Burrard Street, Vancouver). Continue reading “Vancouver | Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar opening soon!”

Food & Wine | Campo Viejo takes you to the #StreetsOfSpain

I can’t believe it has been almost a month since I attended the amazing #StreetsOfSpain evening with Campo Viejo in Toronto. For a few days in a west end location, the city was transformed with beautiful food and art. Follow the #StreetsOfSpain hashtag to check out exactly what I mean. It truly made me think back to my time in Barcelona. There is something magical and indescribable about the literal streets of Spain. With the warmth of a culture that has helped to define the world, food that rivals the best I have ever eaten and wine that… well I fell in love with. During the Streets Of Spain campaign here in Toronto, I truly felt like I was back in the city I loved so much during my travels. I was even fortunate enough to attend an intimate dinner with a menu prepared by Chef Maria Jose San Roman (all the way from Spain might I add!) & our local legend Chef Stuart Cameron. Let me tell you all about my experience! Continue reading “Food & Wine | Campo Viejo takes you to the #StreetsOfSpain”
