Over the course of the last twelve months I’ve realized I have been talking about Tequila a lot more. Maybe it’s the longing deep in my heart to return to Mexico City and explore the country more with Julio. Maybe it’s the fact that I’m growing up and realizing what I appreciate again. Whatever it is, I have been growing my collection of tequila at home with brands that I appreciate and that I love.
