With the holidays comes a lot of exciting memories and experiences, but if you’re like me, it also means a few sleepless nights. With travel, budgets, dinners to plan and gifts to buy, the holidays can also be a stressful time. I am someone that has always had a hard time turning off at night. I wake up regularly and needed to find a way to get some rest this year without heavily medicating myself. When I was introduced to Dream Water Canada earlier this year, I have to admit that I was slightly hesitant. After putting my skepticism aside, I was pleasantly surprised – it is one of the best additions to my stressful life to ensure that I am finally getting a good night’s sleep after 33 years of trying to do just that.
