Lyric has now officially started full day school (insert LOTS of tears here), and while it’s been a HUGE transition, I think I’m finally starting to get into the swing of this new schedule! One of the things I learned during our intake interview was that Lyric would be changing his shoes about 8 times a day. EIGHT!?! And as we know, he doesn’t really like shoes, he’s a flip flop kid, so he doesn’t get a lot of practice putting shoes on. I immediately looked at his current shoe collection (remember that shopping problem from my previous post?), and got started on him taking them all on and off. Some were easier than others, and some were just not going to happen at all! One of the easiest pairs were TOMS!

There is always something so powerful when a brand or business takes a step away from the fast paced world of fame and fortune to make a difference. Although I would by no means consider us famous and rich, I personally believe the same can be true for bloggers and influencers in this industry. We are all so blessed to live the lives we do and share our experiences with you the audience.

Family Lifestyle | Are these 3D??

If this is the first time you’re hearing of ClearlyContacts.ca, you NEEEED to check them out! As their tagline states it’s “the better way to buy eyewear”, and I completely agree! ClearlyContacts.ca is the largest online contact lenses and prescription glasses retailer in Canada. I went online to quickly browse their sunglass selections and almost squealed with glee when I saw they had 472 (literally) pairs to choose from! I’m not going to lie, it took a little time narrowing it down, but I always say it’s better to have too much than not enough!

Events | TELUS Day of Giving & the ability to #givewherewelive

Making a difference and giving back is a huge part of the DoTheDaniel.com team as we expand cross country and internationally. In my opinion, it is absolutely necessary to actively give back to my community, my city and my country using the tools and brands I work with so intimately. I am honoured to tell you all about the 9th annual  TELUS Day of Giving taking place on May 31st across Canada and to announce that Julio & I will be volunteering to #givewherewelive.
