As I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to realize that I need to be taking care of myself in order to keep up with day to day life. I’ve taken a pledge to get healthier and find beauty in the simple things in life. One of those things is the ability to get a good night’s sleep – something I think many of us take for granted. Events | The importance of date night & why we can’t wait to see KEANU

I like to believe that I’m the romantic one in our relationship. I send love letters, buy “just because flowers” and enjoy surprising my husband with tokens of my love. One thing that Julio is better at is impromptu date nights and taking me out to enjoy some us time away from the busy day to day life we live. One way that we do that is to go to the movies and enjoy spending some time together with our body weight in popcorn. It’s one of the reasons why I am so excited for Warner Bros. Travel & Lifestyle | How I’m celebrating #WorldStationeryDay with PAPYRUS

Being that I am a hopeless romantic, it should come as no shock that I love to send letters in the mail to my friends and family. There is something incredibly beautiful about taking a few minutes to pick out a card or beautiful stationary and send someone in your life a beautiful sentiment to make them smile or laugh. I used to send Catherine really crass cards when she lived in London and New Zealand because I knew that no matter what was going on in her life, that one moment when she knew I was thinking about her would help her remember how much I love her. I still send Julio love letters in the mail because I believe that it’s important to keep romance alive.
