January 25th is an important day for Canadians from coast-to-coast. #BellLetsTalk is a day to realize that it is time to end the stigma surrounding mental health. It’s also the day that I stopped and realized that I might not be okay. I like to think I am a strong person, but admitting that I need help is in fact one of the strongest things I have ever done. Lifestyle | In the Act of Letting Go

If you had asked me 2 years ago what my life would be like without him, I would have described a feeling of unbelievable agony and absolute gut-wrenching pain at even the thought of such a scenario.
