One of the year’s most exciting annual auctions is back and bigger than ever. Presented by TD, The SNAP! Gala & Photography Auction helps to raise vital funds for The AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT). This year’s event takes place on March 26th 2015 at the Bram & Bluma Appel Salon. I have always believed that amid the events we attend as a team, it is important to support and promote those throughout the year that make a difference in the lives of Canadians. ACT is a cause that I truly believe deserves the attention and support of each and every one of us. The fact remains that more than ever, Torontonians are living with HIV/AIDS and need our help.
For the art lovers out there, this year’s roster of prominent artists is sure to entice you to attend and purchase a piece of art of your very own. Including but not limited to “Vivian Maier, Richard Johnson and David Leventi. Vivian Maier is the nanny from Chicago, who secretly took over 100,000 photographs that were hidden in storage lockers and, discovered decades later. The piece at SNAP! by her is a rare one and is part of the 100,000 photographs that were found after her death.”
