The above commercial is just one way that I have fallen in love with the official collaboration of two things I cannot get enough of: Belvedere Vodka and James Bond. Add into the mix Mexican actor, Stephanie Sigman, and you’ve got the perfect combination of finesse that speaks to the Belvedere brand.
But it’s not just this exceptional partnerships that make Belvedere Vodka an amazing brand. Here are just a few of our very own Belvedere cocktail creations along with a signature SPECTRE martini you simply HAVE to try!
DoTheDaniel.com’s BELVEDERE Best Foot Forward
8oz Belvedere Vodka
8oz steeped orange pekoe tea (or your favourite herbal tea)
1 package of fresh berries (we would recommend raspberries for sweet & tart flavours)
1 lemon, sliced thinly
2oz of your favourite orange liqueur
In a large carafe combine ingredients over ice. This serves 4 people and will be the most refreshing cocktail you’ve had in a long time. Bitter, sweet and just a little tart, it is refreshing on hot summer days and cool autumn evenings. Tip: Allow mixture to cool overnight in the fridge for full flavour infusion into the cocktail.
DoTheDaniel.com’s BELVEDERE Black Eye
2oz Belvedere Vodka
3oz fresh coffee (preferably from a french press to ensure full coffee flavour)
1 shot of espresso (flavour optional)
Ice
Milk & sugar to taste
Many people don’t think about coffee cocktails anymore, which is such a shame. A traditional “Black Eye” is a cup of coffee with the added kick of an espresso shot. By adding the elegance of Belvedere Vodka over ice to this mixture, it is the best way to start the day on the weekend or to end a meal with friends. In coffee mug, combine ingredients over ice. Garnish with milk & sugar to taste.
And of course we can’t forget the classics!
All of the above helped to create some incredible memories with family and friends this year. Below, we offer you a 007 themed cocktail that left me feeling like a secret agent. There’s something quite romantic about creating James Bond’s drink of choice with a twist.
60ml (2oz) Belvedere Vodka
10ml (1/3oz) Dry vermouth
1 Sicilian green olive
5ml (1/6oz) Sicilian green olive brine
Gently muddle olives in base of mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
