A Bit of a Fitness TuneUp

So let’s be honest – I haven’t been sharing a lot of fitness updates online and here on the blog lately. I, like many of you, have found myself falling a bit behind on my promise to be more active. But, that’s okay.

After all, I am human and I can’t be in two places at once. While not here with you, I’ve been working away at a job I love and building towards my goal of children with Julio. That in and of itself is something that deserves to be celebrated! But on the path to being more active again, I thought I’d share a few tips that I’m using in a fitness tuneup of sorts with myself.

I Don’t Mean to be Cheesy, But… I Have #ALoveAffairWithCheese

I have come to realize that there are a few things I can’t go without in my life. Wine, tequila, bread, my husband and cheese are just non-negotiables when it comes to the things that make me happy. So I guess it only made sense that my friends at Tre Stelle Canada came to me as one of their biggest fans to talk about fall recipes and getting creative in the kitchen this month!
