BRB. Time For Some #SelfCare Before The Holidays

So what the heck have I been talking about when you see me heading to a “Slimwave” session on social media. I know that my schedule is hectic (to say the least) and that I take you BTS on a lot of adventures. It’s half the fun of Do The Daniel and one of the many reasons you’re reading this post after all!

Well, let me tell you why I’ve decided it was time for a bit of #SelfCare before the holidays with Mariia Kotova at The Last Pro located at 2323 Bloor Street West (unit 213) right here in Toronto. And what all the fuss is about when it comes to my new obsession – Slimwave.

Better Late Than Never

Heading towards the big 4-0 in the next few years, I’ve noticed that there is more and more importance on taking care of my skin. Though hindsight might say I could have been better in my younger years, it’s never too late to start better habits for my skin and routines. Recently I had the pleasure of being introduced to Innisfree here in Toronto and I became enamored with the brand and it’s sourcing techniques. The Weight Of It All Changed Me

Over the years I have talked about a lot of products that I have used, tried, loved and not loved… all in the name of better sleep. As a chronically bad sleeper, I seem to always be on the lookout for the next best product to help me get the rest I not only need, but want amid the hectic life I live. It’s Not The Holidays Until Starbucks Canada Does This…

It’s probably one of my favourite times of the year. On any given day in late autumn I’ll grab my daily coffee at Starbucks during a busy day, and then, just like that … the next morning when I return to the same location, it’s magic. The entire store is decked out in its holiday version full of joy and all the things that get me excited for the snowy months ahead. From Christmas Blend to the big reveal of the holiday cup design, the memories that Starbucks Canada creates for me are some of my favourite holiday moments of all!
