5 Ways to Celebrate Pride in Toronto

As Julio packs his half of the luggage upstairs before we leave for Toronto this weekend for Pride celebrations in partnership with Destination Toronto, I am sitting at our dinning room table looking at my nails and some videos we’ve been teasing of our drag alter egos Anna & Esmeralda here and here. TBH I’m smiling because it feels like I am coming to understand a certain part of myself as a gay man that I never knew properly. I guess the timing couldn’t be any better since this weekend is a jam packed weekend of events, professional drag performances, the Pride Toronto parade and so much more. Thank You For Making a Difference

Over the last almost ten years I have had the distinct pleasure of working with some of the best brands, people and institutions this province, country and world has to offer. Be it out of sheer admiration or on an official campaign, I have loved the LCBO for as long as I can remember. Never Forget The Importance of Rest

My 2022 has certainly not been a dull one. With lots of changes, both personally and professionally, I found myself burnt out and running on empty proverbially more times than I would like to admit over the past six-ish months. Going into Pride Month feeling very much on my own and disappointed by many people, I knew that I had to be the one to change the direction things were going – and it’s why amid the busiest month of my calendar year as a content creator, I booked us a weekend away. My lesson I am sharing in all this? NEVER forget the importance of rest.
