Events | Sweat for Motionball on April 25th

One of my favourite charities and events to support year after year is motionball. What many people don’t realize is that motionball is so much more than an amazing party that takes place anually. It’s a charity that works tirelessly to support The Special Olympics Canada Foundation. One such event that will be donating 100% of its proceeds is taking place this weekend here in Toronto. On April 25th, Sweat for Motionball will gather together young & old for a day full of fitness geared entertainment. Food & Wine | It’s time to #DevourLife with Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon

For those of you who have followed the adventures of DoTheDaniel.com, you’ve come to realize how much I love wine. I am fortunate enough to work with wineries from around the world and every time I try a new brand, it’s as though I am travelling the world in every sip.  The latest addition to my personal wine collection has been Carnivor Wines‘ Cabernet Sauvignon from California. This playfully named bottle of wine immediately peaked my interest and I am so excited to tell you all about it! Food & Wine | The Keg partners with Bullfrog Power to lead Canadian Restaurants in the right direction

The iconic Canadian restaurant chain The Keg Steakhouse + Bar made some green changes to the way they operate recently. The brand decided to partner with Bullfrog Power and are now officially the largest purchaser of Bullfrog Power’s Green Energy among restaurant chains in Canada. This will hopefully help to set the trend for an industry that most of us don’t realize consumes a substantial amount of energy, and not always in the most eco-conscious of ways.
