I know that we have been travelling a LOT as of late, and amid a whirlwind schedule leading into the holidays we recently had the opportunity to attend Bloor Street Entertains in the city of Toronto. The largest charity event of the calendar year, in support of CANFAR, I proudly attended as Julio’s plus one. While I am proud to Co-Chair the Legacy 2.0 Chapter of CANFAR in Ottawa, he is a National Ambassador and I happily was the proud husband and plus one for the evening and weekend. But for an elevated experience, I knew I had to find an elevated hotel in the city that could match that fabulous energy. Thankfully for us, Park Hyatt Toronto was able to show us why it is one of the best hotels in the country.Continue reading “The Five Things I Learned About Myself From The Park Hyatt Toronto”
The upgrade I didn’t know we needed!
When it comes to home decor, I love how different Julio and I can be. He is artistic with a flare for the dramatic, while I tend to gravitate to symmetry and balance between bright and dark. Yes that’s right, we’re off to Montréal and we are bringing you along with us!Continue reading “It’s Official – We’re Going to Festival Fierté / Montréal Pride for the FIRST TIME EVER”
Toronto is About To Get a Massive Off Leash Dog Area
Having just got back from an epic Pride weekend in Toronto, I am still spinning from excitement of in person events and all that fabulous energy. Ottawa is where we lay our heads each night but Toronto will always be special for Julio and I. While I love a good conversation, parade and event, I have to admit that in many situations if there’s a dog I probably want to meet it before I do someone new. Guess that’s why I am so excited to share this BIG dog news with those of you living in or planning to visit Toronto this summer!Continue reading “Toronto is About To Get a Massive Off Leash Dog Area”
