My big Summer trip this year was heading out to Montreal to cover Osheaga, which was such an amazing time. If you haven’t read about my festival experience, you can check it out here. But, a large part of what made my trip so wonderful, was my stay at Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel.
It should come as no surprise that I am writing about my love for Starbucks Canada – at this point, I should honestly be looking into buying shares in the company based on the amount I drink daily. There is something to be said for a brand that knows me, my drink preferences, and is always looking to innovate the coffee world in Canada. 2017 has started off in an exciting way via the launch of #BlondeEspresso and we were lucky enough to get a one-on-one experience with the delicious new addition to your local Starbucks. Amid a busy schedule, there has been some amazing changes in my personal life. Not only the addition of Canela (our beautiful Sharpei Mix rescue in the photo above), but we are also getting ready for another amazing trip in just a few weeks. But, when it comes down to it, I also face the same decisions in life that you do. I want to live in a place that suits my lifestyle, schedule, relationship and fact that I am now a dog owner. To be honest, we have been entertaining the idea of moving into a new space in the coming months.
So when I was invited to spend 44 hours at 44 Charles in the iconic neighbourhood of Yorkville, Toronto… I thought this might be the perfect chance to entertain the idea of moving to something similar to a loft 2 story toronto apartment. There are few brands like Starbucks that offer their customers a tangible experience. There is a culture, a sense of community and a familiarity to be found in the beautiful green mermaid around the world. A fun fact that many people may not know about me is that I even worked for Starbucks in my younger years while attending University.
