Amid the changing leaves and cooler nights comes some of the best time of the year in my opinion.
Pumpkins will soon adorn most of our doors, and I’ll start to make more soups and meals to warm the soul. Of course with the most picturesque of seasons comes some pretty spectacular happenings in the city of Toronto. Local businesses and meal experiences are waiting for you to discover them and what they have to offer, and I thought I would share one of my personal favourites with you to help inspire you to get out and celebrate the season.
The Distillery Historic District is thrilled to invite Torontonians and visitors to Fall for the Distillery at our outdoor The Distillery Historic District’s Fall Market. A great excuse to get some fresh air, indulge in some sweet seasonal treats, support local and enjoy the many shops at The Distillery, as well as capture some selfies at our hay-filled & leafy photo wall – perfect for making memories and sharing with your friends.
Fall decorated vendor carts will feature:
Tartistry: Pumpkin tarts, butter tarts and Gooderham & Worts Butter Scotch tarts
Sweetie Pie: Fresh seasonal pies
Sweet Escape: Seasonal verrines, pecan tarts, cookies, shortbread and biscotti
The Sunflower Farm: Pumpkins, gourds, sunflower birdseed, dried wheat & grass bundles and wreaths, floral bouquets, and local honey
Sniffany & Co: Pumpkin and seasonal treats for our furry friends
