I have two words for you: diets suck! Hey, I’m not saying that you shouldn’t eat foods that are good for you; I’m just saying that you should ditch the diets and embrace health as a lifestyle, not a fad. Diets just don’t work. Even the word can make some people cringe. So, here’s my theory: take care of your body by fueling it with clean, healing and energizing foods… most of the time.

Travel & Lifestyle | Spring into Sears with Lynn Spence

While it may not seem like it at the moment, Spring is on it’s way!  And with that, comes time for a brand new wardrobe.  Throw away those puffy jackets and parkas!  Toss out those wooly scarves!  Ditch the clunky winter boots!  Okay, so don’t literally throw them away… maybe put them away in storage?  You get the point.  It’s time for a serious change in fashion.
