With the holidays comes a lot of exciting memories and experiences, but if you’re like me, it also means a few sleepless nights. With travel, budgets, dinners to plan and gifts to buy, the holidays can also be a stressful time. I am someone that has always had a hard time turning off at night. I wake up regularly and needed to find a way to get some rest this year without heavily medicating myself. When I was introduced to Dream Water Canada earlier this year, I have to admit that I was slightly hesitant. After putting my skepticism aside, I was pleasantly surprised – it is one of the best additions to my stressful life to ensure that I am finally getting a good night’s sleep after 33 years of trying to do just that. Contest | This year we will Shop for GEN1 at WINNERS & HomeSense to make a real difference

Events | No more “Yeah, but she deserved it.”

Did you know that November 25th is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women? As more and more stories of victim-shaming keep occurring, I am excited to attend the Blamé Launch Party to have a very real conversation about this subject matter and to support a very real statement surrounding victim-shaming. Contest | Create the perfect CFL Grey Cup experience with Casa di Mama Pizza!

The Grey Cup is the most exciting CFL event of the year, and this year we have partnered with Dr. Oetker’s Casa di Mama Pizza to share how “home-gating” with delicious pizza can be just as fun as tail-gating at the game.
