Events | Follow the flavours of the #YouAreWelcome Food Truck during the the Pan Am Games!

It’s official and the 2015 Pan Am Games have begun in the city of Toronto. Julio & I actually had the chance to attend the opening ceremonies and watched it all begin. Such an incredible experience and one I will always remember! Alongside the festivities and athletic achievements that will be taking place over the next few weeks, we recently told you about The Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation and their official role as the host First Nations of the games. It is no shock that the Pan Am Games are creating buzz both in the city of Toronto and across the country. The coming together of so many countries and cultures is something to be celebrated. Food & Wine | 5 ways to enjoy a #TasteWithNespresso experience with Nespresso

I had the pleasure of attending the opening night of Taste of Toronto yesterday with Julio and am still left smiling from the experience. For the second year, Taste of Toronto gathers together some of the best restaurants, chefs and food vendors for a foodie fantasy come true.

This year, I had the opportunity to sit down at the Nespresso #TasteWithNespresso booth (see here for all the delicious details) to try a full spectrum of delicious products.  I also got to pair some of my favourite dishes with Nespresso products in a food & coffee pairing experiment that left me realizing coffee is just as complex as wine when it comes to enjoying it with a meal.
