Denim Fit For A Duchess

Friday at the office after one heck of a week, and I’m finally able to sit down and write a few more blog posts about what we’ve been up to this month. This week specifically has been such a reminder about why I love what I do. From my birthday to my new tattoo, friends and fantastic events, I could use a nap but at least I’m smiling. One of the things that also happened this left has me too excited to no share it with you all. You’ll remember that earlier this year I introduced you to Outland Denim (click here), but this week The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, took this brand to a whole new level of exposure. While I like to believe that I’ve helped get your eyes on my favourite denim of 2018, chances are she probably did a smidge more….

In an effort to try and share some positivity into your day and social media feeds, I wanted to congratulate the team at Outland Denim for the success of being worn by someone so influential. I still feel like I was upstaged just a bit, but I love the brand so much, I’ll let it slide this time Meghan. Just don’t do it again. ?

All too often we love to chat about brand #Fail moments online, but The Royals and Meghan in particular have the ability to catapult brands and their success to a level that no one else can. We’ve seen it with Birks, and I cannot wait to watch at this eco-friendly, socially conscious brand receives the praise (and sales) they deserve to really change the denim industry for the better.

So take a look at The Duchess rocking some of my favourite denim below, and some moments that I have opted to wear them as well. If you haven’t tried this brand yet, now is the time to get yourself into a pair of jeans that are not only incredibly flattering and comfortable but are helping to make the world a better place!
