Not a day goes by that I don’t think about green juice. Okay, so I know that may not be a normal thing to say, and that a part of the reason is because I’m a nutritionist – but I mean, come on… green juice is pretty awesome, right? There are so many different recipes out there for everyone, from green juice for runners to green juice for people trying to lose weight! I can’t be the only person who actively searches out great ways to help support their health on a daily basis, while on the go. Refresh Your Wardrobe, Refresh Yourself

A new year means a lot of things for a lot of people. Whether that be sticking to your new fitness goals you’ve set for yourself, planning to travel more or even just learning to take some time out of your day and just breathe a new year is the perfect time to set new and exciting goals for all that you want to accomplish or work towards to better yourself. One commitment I make year after year isn’t about being active or aspirational, it’s about digging a little deeper and thinking about how you want the world to see you and, more importantly, how you want to see yourself!

The Art of Heat

For those of you who haven’t figured it out yet, Catherine and I are foodies. Specifically, we like heat and we like flavour. Recently I was given a bottle of Smoke Show Lightly Smoked Jalapeno Hot Sauce made by Montrose Foods Inc. Life changing is a term I don’t throw around often, but this what just that! Start 2018 With Positivity

Have you ever noticed that as the winter settles in on the city, that people forget to have common sense or courtesy? It drives me crazy to see someone blocking a GO Train door with their HUGE knapsack, or not letting a pregnant woman sit down because they’re playing Candy Crush on their GO train ride home.
