Back To School Like a Rockstar
Parents, where has Summer vacation gone? It seems like yesterday that I was picking up my son at school belting out “School’s Out For Summer” while playing my magnificent air guitar and now I’m running around, trying to make sure I find indoor shoes, tennis balls and washable markers for those laundry days.

Lately I am coming to appreciate the simple things in life. Cuddling on the couch with my husband on a Sunday afternoon, in a pair of sweats, ordering a pizza and watching anime would be my version of heaven. As a certified health professional, I was required to study a variety of different diseases and disorders, including their full aetiology – meaning causes, onset and progression.
