Events | Brunch with Bennyfits

Well Ladies & Gentlemen, the glorious summer seems to have finally arrived. When I stop to think of beautiful weather, several things come to mind. Cold cocktails with friends on the patios around the city and brunch to recover from those same cocktails the next morning. Brunch is probably one of my favourite meals and truly is, in my mind, heaven on earth. So let me tell you about a the latest brunch concept launched this past weekend by Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill, Yonge and Front that is not only delicious but is also making a difference.

Events | The Power Plant presents Power Ball: Old / New World

I always look forward to events that I attend for DoTheDaniel.com, and the following is by far one of the biggest of the social calendar year. Yes, that’s right. It’s almost time for The Power Plant‘s very own Power Ball! This year’s theme for the most anticipated art party is all about Old / New World and I cannot wait to attend with like minded supporters of the arts to benefit The Power Plant’s exhibits and public programs. Events | Motionball THREESIXTYFIVE Gala

Toronto is a busy place to be in 2014 with so many amazing charity events taking place. Motionball returns to town for its biggest year yet with Motionball THREESIXTYFIVE Gala presented by Air Miles in support of The Special Olympics Canada Foundation. This year’s 13th Annual Toronto gala aims to raise $300,000, bringing motionball’s fundraising total to over $4-million net to date.
