The more that I talk about the summer season and its subsequent cocktails, the more I get excited for the possibilities. I like to think of mixology and bartending in the same way that I do cooking. It’s truly an art and meant to be experimented with alongside beautiful ingredients and an adventurous spirit. The trend of classic cocktails and their resurgence has been a topic that I have spoken to before and I’m sure will mention again throughout the summer. Recently I ventured in the world of Spanish Sherry with Bodegas Alvear Wines and found that this once over looked item can truly make your summer cocktails something to remember. Events | Pride by Design Cabaret & Fashion-Art Auction

With World Pride launching officially today, the city of Toronto is abuzz with the energy and support of the LGBT community on an international scale. I am very lucky to live in a country where I can be a proud gay man who can legally marry Julio and start a family. Pride occurs on a yearly basis in cities around the world, but to be hosting World Pride truly makes it so that all eyes are on us to show what Pride, Love and Equality mean. With major World Pride Toronto events happening now until June 29th, there is so much to do and so much to see. One of the biggest evenings I am most looking forward to is The Pride by Design Cabaret & Fashion-Art Auction taking place on June 25th at Shangri-La Hotel Toronto (one of my favs in the city as most of you will remember from #iheartbosk!). Lifestyle | His & Hers Pollogen Body Treatments

An open letter to the blogger.

This is a post that I have been mulling over for quite some time. Although I am what might be considered a “young” blogger, I believe that I have worked my way to the level that I am with dedication and a passion for what I do. Lately, I have felt as though the term blogger and subsequently “influencer” have been changing. Evolving if you will. However, this change is not entirely for the betterment of this industry.
