I like to believe that like most Canadians, I am educating myself about the food that I put into my body. A fun fact about Catherine & I that a lot of people don’t realize is that we’ve been BFFs for over 16 years. Having known her for so long, we share everything with one another, including our love of binge watching our favourite television shows together. Even though she lives in a different city, we have regularly been on the phone or video chat with one another while watching together.
