I often think back to the days when buying a new mobile device meant an exciting change. There was so many brands and features to think of back then – I’m so old I had a flip phone, a slide phone, and remember the first iterations of a touch screen. All these years later, most phones are not something that get me excited. There Has Never Been a Better Time to Get Away

The more time I spend away from Toronto, the more I come to realize that I love that city so much.

While Ottawa is “home” – and it is beautiful, don’t get me wrong – there is a special feeling of excitement that I get every time I come back to Toronto for work or a visit with Julio. During my most recent visit, I was in town for the longest visit since I moved earlier this year, and I was having epiphanies about the city and life that I never thought I would have. After ten years of living in Toronto, did it take me leaving to finally appreciate the city? ?

There’s Nothing Quite Like a Thank You from Barbie herself

Over the years I’ve had the pleasure of sharing some inspiring moments and events. When the world was completely turned upside down (and continues to be) by the pandemic it helped me to stop and think about where my attention was and where it should be focused.
