Originally designed to drive tourist to this quaint island escape on a one day three hour tasting, the festivities have since grown to a week long festival. Lifestyle | Power Institute’s One Stop Fitness Shop

Recently I had the opportunity to stop by Power Institute for a workout that is bar none, one of the best I have ever had. Power Plate is a workout technology that celebrities like Cindy Crawford, Karl Lagerfeld & Matthew McConaughey all swear by. And why, do you ask? Because it works and the results are felt after your very first workout. Alongside my trainer Ron, I was put through your average Power Institute first time visit. Although still fighting off a cold and suffering from a throbbing migraine, I did my best to bring you my review of this one stop fitness shop in the heart of downtown Toronto. Food & Wine | Milestone’s Grill + Bar Richmond Hill

The iconic Canadian Restaurant Milestone’s Grill + Bar recently opened it’s 51st location in Richmond Hill Ontario and #DoTheDaniel is happy to tell you all about it. Located at 30 High Tech Road, the new space features both a beautiful new dinning room and a contemporary bar experience. A fun fact that most of you may not know is that Julio & I celebrated our engagement at Milestone’s and it holds a special place in my heart.
