How to feel better inside & out this year

When the new year started, I made a promise to myself. Not only would I be more kind to those around me and myself, but I also would work towards feeling better on the inside and the outside. Who knew vegetarian chili could be this good?!

Food for any occasion that will have them asking for more

When it comes to hosting or attending an event, be it a special occasion or a spontaneous get together, no one likes to stress over what to prepare. I don’t know about you, but I am still spinning from a busy holiday season. I was lucky enough to cook dinner, but there were nights with friends where I drew a blank at what I should be preparing. January 25th marks Robbie Burns’ 256th Birthday and Robbie Burns Day around the world. Known as an icon in Scotland’s history, this day is meant to celebrate the accomplishments of a great nation and the values that it stands for to this day.
