For those of you who haven’t figured it out yet, Catherine and I are foodies. Specifically, we like heat and we like flavour. Recently I was given a bottle of Smoke Show Lightly Smoked Jalapeno Hot Sauce made by Montrose Foods Inc. Life changing is a term I don’t throw around often, but this what just that! Making Better Choices

I wanted to write a blog post about 2018 resolutions and how I have made so many of them, but after starting down that path I quickly realized that there was so much more to making better choices that just one decision. Catherine and I are sitting down at the office eating lunch and we were just discussing how decisions in the busy world we live are contingent on so much more these days. Your mental health is also such an important part, not to mention the ability to follow through on promises you make to yourself. Making My Mornings Easier in Toronto

I laughed as I wrote the title of this post. “Technically” I am French Canadian, having been born in Montréal. But Toronto is now home, and I identify as a #Torontonian. My family, business, friends, and life all center around the city I call home. So as I arrived to the office this morning, I decided to share a few of my time saving tips for the morning commute that help get me where I need to be faster. A New Union Station… With Carbs

Growing up, I knew Union Station as an iconic hub of commuting in Toronto. Being from a small town in Niagara, we didn’t have anything comparable, unless you want to count the local bus terminal? To come to Toronto, I would take the GO train from Burlington, to Union, and that’s all I knew it as. When I began University in Toronto, it became less overwhelming, and of more value to me as I’m constantly commuting in and out of downtown for concerts and events.
