When it comes to food, there are few things that make me happier than local farmer’s markets in the summer. There is something so romantic about being able to interact with the farmers and their fresh produce. Not to mention that it is so important to me to support local. Food & Wine | Mealspirations makes life easy in Ontario

I know I can’t be the only one to wish that there were more hours in a day and more days in a week. Some days, coming home to a fridge and staring into it can be very daunting.
