Who doesn’t love to dress up every now and then, so you can go and get treated extra special for a day? So that’s why, on Saturday May 5th, I grabbed my friend Jenn and we headed off for a day at the races at Woodbine Race Track! With their 2nd Annual Derby Day in effect, we were given the opportunity to experience some live race-day action.
For those of you who follow along with us on social media, you’ll have seen that we recently got to attend an incredible event with Coca Cola Canada to celebrate #TasteTheFeeling with them. As the iconic brand relaunches it’s new global marketing campaign, parties have been taking place around the world from Dubai to Paris, Toronto to New York. For those of you who know Julio & I, you will know that we are desperately wanting to get a dog to add to our little family. That’s one of the main reasons why I was so excited to be invited to attend the Dog Tales Rescue and Sanctuary launch event on October 19th in King City (north of Toronto). Although I was flying solo for the event (Catherine & Amanda were en route to Ottawa while Julio had a photoshoot that afternoon), I was by no means lonely.
