The Year We All Broke The Rules

While 2020 started off in a pretty predictable way for the most part, personally I have found myself inspired to break the rules and switch things up. To talk about my finances, my weight and body image in the limelight, my way of life and my truth more than ever.

To be more honest with myself while trying to more transparent with you. In that same note, I also find myself gravitating towards brands that are doing the same. Evolving instead of doing the same old thing…

Who Needs #SquadGoals When You Could Be #TeamGalaxy

Over the last five years, I have had the pleasure of sharing some of the most incredible experiences. From meals with friends, to destinations around the world, and every exhilarating moment in between. I’ve made so many changes to my personal and professional life. What My Perfect Day Would Entail

It seems a little self indulgent to be sitting down to write a blog post dedicated to myself, but sometimes I think that putting out your intentions into the universe is a great way of making them come true. October 17th is going to not only mark an exciting time for us as a country with legalization, but it just so happens to be my 35th birthday. We even saw some amazing tiny homes, and you can check them out here, but we are definitely trying to find somewhere with a lot more room. From furniture for the added rooms (not yet a crib, but hopefully soon thereafter!) to appliances I never had the space for. Hopefully things like the windows will be fine, although we know we can get someone like out to replace them, should we need or want to, but it’s definitely not something we’re planning to spend on. However, one of the items I will absolutely treat us to is a new television for our living room. Last year, our TV just stopped working, and we went through a long process of finding a suitable replacement, picking the right antenna, installing it in our living room… and then the replacement turned out to be less than great. While it wasn’t the best one on the market, I still thought it would be a better product than it turned out to be. So when we were introduced to the latest advancement in television technology and design earlier this year, I knew that I deserved the best on the market. Continue reading “Thinking outside the box”
