Toronto is About To Get a Massive Off Leash Dog Area

Having just got back from an epic Pride weekend in Toronto, I am still spinning from excitement of in person events and all that fabulous energy. Ottawa is where we lay our heads each night but Toronto will always be special for Julio and I. While I love a good conversation, parade and event, I have to admit that in many situations if there’s a dog I probably want to meet it before I do someone new. Guess that’s why I am so excited to share this BIG dog news with those of you living in or planning to visit Toronto this summer!

Thank You For Making a Difference

Over the last almost ten years I have had the distinct pleasure of working with some of the best brands, people and institutions this province, country and world has to offer. Be it out of sheer admiration or on an official campaign, I have loved the LCBO for as long as I can remember. With the power to, for example, bring a small Canadian brand to a whole new level across the province and propel them into success and recognition, the institution that is the LCBO has the power to make real change. Never Forget The Importance of Rest

My 2022 has certainly not been a dull one. With lots of changes, both personally and professionally, I found myself burnt out and running on empty proverbially more times than I would like to admit over the past six-ish months. Going into Pride Month feeling very much on my own and disappointed by many people, I knew that I had to be the one to change the direction things were going – and it’s why amid the busiest month of my calendar year as a content creator, I booked us a weekend away. My lesson I am sharing in all this? NEVER forget the importance of rest.

Have You Ever Just NEEDED an Item of Clothing?

Over the years I have been very lucky to work with brands making a difference in the world, and ones that hold a special place in my heart. I’ve told the story about my first job being at McDonald’s more times than I can count. Funny because having just started a new role in Ottawa I still think back fondly on the values it taught me and the skills I use all these years later.
