How To Entertain With Sustainable Seafood

Although the holidays are done and dusted, it doesn’t mean you should stop partying – does it? I’m pretty sure that we could all come up with a plethora of different excuses to keep eating great food, socializing and possibly drinking a glass of wine (or 3). So, Who Wants To Go To Bermuda?

I was sitting in my parent’s condo, gazing out at the water and daydreaming about travel, as I always am. But, I’m especially drawn to water. The sky was so beautiful and the clouds were a pink hue as the sun was setting.  I was enraptured by the pink clouds, which are the result of the scattering of sunlight by the atmosphere.  Looking down at my hands, they were also pink…. from the impending frostbite.  You see it was -21, before factoring in the windchill and the temperature on the 20th floor balcony (approximately -50, without a jacket, mittens and a hat). Yuck.

How To Make The Most Out of Your Time

For those of you who haven’t quite nailed their time management strategies yet, you might be feeling like there just isn’t enough hours in a day to get everything you need to get done, done! And this is all on top of also trying to have a life… and run the empire that is you… and catch up on all of the Netflix shows you’ve been dying to watch… while also trying to stay healthy, look cute and actually get a whole night’s sleep, and so on and so on. But honestly, there is more than enough time to do all of this AND more! Yes, including the sleep, my friends.

It’s Here… And There Are Over 30 Types of Cheesecake

It’s no secret by now, that The Cheesecake Factory has opened it’s first location in Canada in the Yorkdale Shopping Centre. We were lucky enough to get in there early, before their doors opened, in order to taste-test the menu and help train the staff by asking some key questions. Although it’s not normally my cup of tea, sometimes you just need to shove some cheesecake into your face hole.
