Let’s talk about travel … as many of you know I am pinching my pennies these days as we work towards having children. While the process of starting a family is at the forefront of my 2020 goals, I also need to ensure that I am taking care of myself and my mental health. A workaholic by nature – something I consider a strength of mine – I often push myself to the point of exhaustion.
