Who said romance is dead?

While I may be currently living my Miley Cyrus “Flowers” era of love, I am also the biggest fan of romance and can’t stand when I hear people say that it is dead. I don’t think it is dead, I just think that the world is loud and people are tired, and that sometimes it just needs a little encouragement. In hopes of showing those of you who need a reminder what romance can look like, let me tell you about an experience that would have me swooning if a boy took me to enjoy with him.

How To Make The Most of a Weekend in Montréal

As many of you who follow along with us on social media would have seen, Julio and I recently decided to take a weekend away in Montréal along with Canela after a busy start to 2023. Now that we live in Ottawa, it’s so much closer than it was before as a destination and I’ve made the decision that this year we are going to take advantage of that, because we never know where the future will take us. It’s Official – We’re Going to Festival Fierté / Montréal Pride for the FIRST TIME EVER

2022 has been the year in person events, and Pride festivities specifically, coming back after the pandemic lock downs. I indivertibly booked myself back to back to back Prides across the country, but as Julio would say, “I’m not mad about it.” As you saw earlier in June we partnered with Destination Toronto and Pride Toronto (click here) – and now it’s time to share that we’ve officially partnered with Festival Fierté Montréal Pride and Tourisme Montréal.

Yes that’s right, we’re off to Montréal and we are bringing you along with us!
