Who knew vegetarian chili could be this good?!

I know that as a #DiscoverPC member in partnership with President’s Choice, I’ve been sharing a lot of delicious inspiration for you all. With a new year, and with Catherine’s guidance, I have been making a concerted effort to make smart choices when I do my weekly grocery shopping.
