Alright Vancouver, I know you must be getting sick of my Toronto-centric posts all the time. I love how much buzz you have helped us create on the other side of the country considering I’ve never even been to visit. I’m like that long distance family member that you’ve never met in real life but have talked to on the phone forever. Let’s fix that soon, okay? I think it’s about time I come experience all the beauty, food & wine I keep reading and writing about.
I’m SO excited to tell you all about Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar opening this summer in the iconic Sutton Place Hotel (845 Burrard Street, Vancouver).
The much anticipated restaurant will showcase a unique perspective on food, flavours and service as masterfully thought out by Executive Chef Alex Chen & Director of Operations Steve Edwards. For those of you who may not know, this marks the triumphant return of Chef Chen to his hometown after international culinary adventures & awards.

Alongside a long list of talented staff members who will power this innovative new concept, Chef Chen hand picked his staff to ensure his vision comes alive.
I cannot wait for you all to head out and try this beautiful new restaurant in the ever growing Vancouver food scene. I may live in Toronto and love my city, but Vancouver is quickly growing to be one of the best food cities in the country.
