Can you believe that we are already half-way through December? Can you believe how close we are to Christmas? Every year just seems to go by faster and faster, so I use the holidays as an excuse to slow down. Eggnog in one hand, eyes on my family, phone at the other end of the room whenever possible. It’s the perfect way to round out the year and to take time to be thankful.
It really is the most wonderful time of the year! Ever since I was a young man, I have loved the holiday season and all the wonderful traditions that come with it. The time I get to spend with those I love most. Sitting on Santa’s knee, singing Christmas carols, planning my gifts for family, and my number 1 all time favourite – holiday cooking and baking!

Did you know that Ina Garten listed a KitchenAid stand mixer as a product that everyone needs in their kitchen? With the ability to turn egg whites to glossy peaks, effortlessly knead pizza dough, and make cookies so good you lick the whisk, nothing even comes close to this machine.
