There is nothing shocking about my love for Starbucks Canada. But do you know that I actually used to work for the company? It’s true!
When I was living in Ottawa, it was one of my favourite jobs – though the coffee perks did help a lot during those long nights staying up writing papers ?. Flash forward a decade(ish) later and here I am sharing exciting news about another Starbucks Canada beverage with you in a whole new way. Though I’m not making it for you, I am excited to tell you what it’s all about!
Over the years we’ve been lucky enough to share the launch of some pretty incredible beverages. While some of them were a little sweet for me, they were fun to join in on with Starbucks lovers from coast-to-coast and around the world. Here are just a few memories that make me smile.
So what’s new this time? The S’Mores Frappucino is back and I can say with certainty that this world is a better place because of it.
SO, what does Summer 2019 hold for you at your local Starbucks Canada location? The Highly Anticipated return of the S’mores Frappuccino started Tuesday, April 30 and will be there for a limited time [while supplies last]. Alongside this delicious sweet treat, two more fan favourites are making a return. Here’s hoping they’re bringing the sunshine with them soon here in Toronto!
Starbucks Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino: Rich mocha sauce, vanilla syrup and Frappuccino chips are blended with coffee, milk and ice, and finished off with whipped cream and cookie crumbles.
Starbucks Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino: Buttery caramel syrup is blended with coffee, milk and ice, then topped with a layer of dark caramel sauce, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and crunchy caramel sugar topping.
I love getting the whipped cream on those drinks because they’re the perfect way to top them off. I don’t know what it is about them but the chargers they use make them taste so lovely and rich. They must get them from a good supplier like the Cream Charger Warehouse! But, if you going to get a hot drink from Starbucks, you might as well treat yourself to the cream on top!The beautifully bright pink Dragon Drink comes from the combination of Mango Dragonfruit Refresher and creamy Coconut milk – a perfect way to brighten up your day.
So whichever of the drinks above catches your eye most, it’s certain to make your day a little better. Why not share them with someone special or your coworker to spread the excitement?
