When I think about the summer means to me, it usually involves laughing with friends over a delicious meal and a good cocktail (or three!). It’s why when I remembered that August 16th is #NationalRumDay, I knew that it was time to get ready by picking up some BACARDÍ for an evening with people we love and cocktails to leave them smiling. Travel & Lifestyle | We can’t stop sipping on Nespresso Tinto de Colombia & Cafezinho do Brasil

For those of you who follow along with me on social media, you’ll see that 2016 has been an amazing year of travel. In July, the team at Nespresso had me join a few of my fellow Coffee Connoisseur Club members in Montreal for Coupe Rogers. Food & Wine | Why we are so excited for Estrella Damm’s #TapasJourney

I think what I love most about Toronto is its passion for food and ultimately creative food experiences. You’ll remember that we recently showcased our love for Estrella Damm and spoke about exciting food pairings that might surprise you. I am excited to say that we have partnered with Estrella Damm again to celebrate the launch of the 2016 Tapas Journey taking place in Toronto! Travel & Lifestyle | 5 Days, 5 Ways with LE CHÂTEAU

I have to be honest with you all that the past few months have been very difficult for me personally. Although I try to stay positive and focus on all the amazing things that are happening for the DoTheDaniel.com team around the world, I have also been struggling to feel good about myself physically and mentally. Like many Canadians, I have struggled with my weight and the way that I see myself. In many ways I am working towards being a healthier me inside and out, but when life gets busy it’s easy to lose focus. That being said, the #LeStyleChallenge with LE CHÂTEAU has been one of the few ways I am finding myself again. I like to believe that the old adage of “the clothes make the man” is true to a certain degree. When I find an item at LE CHÂTEAU that I love, it makes me feel good about myself. That confidence in reflected in the way I see the world and in the way I carry myself in it.
