As someone who LOVES to travel, especially for business as we continue to hire new people around the world, I know how important it is to make the most of every moment I have in any particular destination. I’m sure Catherine would agree as she wrapped up her trip to The Azores & Madeira for us. I try my best to keep up with a busy schedule, but as I get older and come to realize that life will not slow down unless I make it, I am appreciating sleep more than ever. Being a full time University student is difficult. Between living expenses, managing multiple jobs, keeping up with readings, and staying active in the field of media – I often find myself so drained at the end of the day. Having such a busy lifestyle means that I need to maintain the balance of a healthy lifestyle, as well. Because I’m so busy, I have difficulty making time for fitness. When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, one of the main factors in your overall health is sleep.
