The BFF Getaway You Didn’t Realize You Needed

As I sit down to write this blog post, I have to admit that I not am not okay with how little Catherine and I see each other these day. The pandemic and physical distancing recommendations haven’t helped in that, but with us living so far away from one another, gone are the days of seeing my best friend every day. I guess for many of us, that’s kind of just “life” these days and as we get older. So when I do get to see her, I want to ensure that it’s the most amazing time I can make it. Which is why I was so excited to plan a quick little getaway to Niagara Falls for some food, some wine, and lots of laughter together. Seeing and Experiencing Vancouver for the First Time

Having had the pleasure of traveling to the west coast a few times already for the blog, I’ve had my magical mountains and Pacific ocean moments and I cherish them. Unpopular Opinion: I am Traveling Soon And This is Why

With the world we live in, travel seems to be a hot topic in conversations both in real life and online, and I thought it was time I chimed in on the conversation. Although this post and our upcoming trip may ignite conversations, it’s important to remember that leisure travel is still possible if done in a safe manner with the right precautions in place.

Let’s Talk About Those #Views

Working through the challenging moments of 2020 has definitely taught me a lot about myself. From the every day stresses of paying bills and working from home, to the bigger thoughts of what’s 2021 going to be like, something I now know is that it is important to disconnect. Over the last few months Julio and I have been showcasing some ways to relax and have a change of scenery, and this past weekend we did just that on a #Staycation fit for a Queen.
